Our occupational health and safety team works with employers to proactively manage workplace risk, maintain regulatory compliance, and respond effectively when workplace incidents occur. We assist employers with the development, implementation, and review of workplace health and safety policies, programs, and procedures designed to prevent incidents and reduce liability exposure. Our services include advising on due diligence obligations, hazard identification, workplace investigations, reporting requirements, contractor and subcontractor responsibilities, workplace violence and harassment issues, and the roles and responsibilities of supervisors, managers, and workers.
